Terms & Conditions

Zyvenza ("Zyvenza", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered business operating system that helps entrepreneurs plan, launch, manage, and grow businesses (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and, where you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Zyvenza generates business plans, strategies, marketing content, branding ideas, website previews, analytics, scores, and other AI-assisted outputs based on the information you provide. Outputs are suggestions and informational tools only.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with or compromise the Service's security;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service or circumvent its technical limits;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

The Service uses generative AI. You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety controls.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. Rights-holders who believe content infringes their rights may contact us at support@zyvenza.in; repeated infringement may result in account termination.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and are not a recommendation to take any specific action. Business decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility, and you should seek qualified professional advice before acting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, models, documentation, and branding. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Card details are collected and handled directly by Paddle and are never stored on our servers. Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

You agree to indemnify Zyvenza against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction there, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
