Privacy Notice
How Zyvenza collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
Last updated: June 6, 2026
1. Who controls your data
Zyvenza ("Zyvenza", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through the Service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, and login credentials.
- Profile & business data — your business type, goals, plans, and content you create in the Service.
- Content you submit — prompts, messages, and inputs to AI tools.
- Usage & telemetry — feature usage, credits consumed, and product interactions.
- Technical data — device identifiers, IP address, and log data.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our Merchant of Record (Paddle), not by us.
3. Why we use your data (purposes & legal basis)
- Provide the Service — create your account and deliver features (performance of contract).
- AI processing — generate outputs from your inputs (performance of contract).
- Security & fraud prevention — protect the Service and users (legitimate interests).
- Product improvement & support — fix issues and improve features (legitimate interests).
- Communications & marketing — send service and, where permitted, marketing messages (consent or legitimate interests).
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, AI model, and analytics providers that help us run the Service.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle) — for the sale of our products, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in regions where our providers operate. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority, and we aim to respond to requests within one month. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@zyvenza.in.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to operate the Service (such as keeping you signed in) and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
